I know the diver's body from the inside out because I lived it. As a University of Tennessee All-American diver, I competed at the D1 level, then went on to coach youth divers nationally and internationally.
Now as a Doctor of Chiropractic, I bring that same performance mindset to my practice. My approach goes way beyond crack-and-go.
I combine myofascial work, joint mobilization, mobility assessment, and rehab-based exercises to help athletes move better, recover faster, and stay in the sport they love.
My focus: keep divers healthy, strong, and performing at their best, with simple, powerful routines they can own themselves.
